Merchant return slip stated ” box wasn’t sales floor condition” but we have since found the real reason for return. It was discovered that the connection terminal just inside of connection cover is missing (see pics2-4), we don’t think this is huge problem for someone with electrical ability or just get a new terminal. No other damage or missing parts was seen and as we have said it is very clear ths item has not been installed.
