If any abnormalities are detected, promptly repair or replace them. Pay attention to matching the rated power of the motor with that of the water pump. Exceeding the motor’s rated power may cause overheating or failure. Take care of the working environment of the electric motor and water pump to prevent overheating or water ingress. Install the electric motor in a waterproof environment for safe usage. Regularly maintain and service the electric motor to ensure its uninterrupted operation. Power off: Before starting the installation, you should turn off the power to the pool pump motor and other related power sources. Remove the old motor: Use tools to remove the existing motor from the water pump. Loosen the fixation bolts and gently disconnect the connection screw on the wire connector. Installation of new motor: Secure the USQ1102 motor to the bracket using the set screws, making sure that the motor is attached to the base and taking the necessary shock-absorbing measures to minimize noise and vibration.
