To reduce the risk of electric shock, install at least 10 feet from the inside walls of a pool. Do not use an extension cord. This pump is for use with permanently installed pools only-Do not use with storable pools. Our machine does not allow you to disassemble the cable. This product is the highest standard of UL certification. If you wire it yourself, the machine will not work properly.
