Measuring your pool for a new liner is a simple process. There are generally a few things we need to know so the correct liner can be delivered to you. On a round pool all you need is 2 measurements.
On an oval pool you do the same thing as a round except that you do it in the middle of the pool from side to side and at the ends at the longest point from end to end. All measurements are from inside the pool touching the wall at the base.
Depth of the pool can range from 36″ to 54″ deep. Most liners are for 48″ or 52″ sidewall pools. If your pool has water in it measure out at least 2 ft.
Once the liner has been taken out of the box, the liner is not returnable unless it is defective. Our experienced staff can assist in walking you through the checkout process. If you do not want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door with instructions for the driver. A copy of your invoice and order # should be included, and your return should be insured. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved. Contact our customer service department and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you. In certain cases, we may require pictures, and or a sample of the defective item.
